Cloud computing represents a major shift in the way we develop and deploy systems and services. Clouds are described as public, private or hybrid. It has many benefits such as better utilization of hardware resources by the ease of deployment, scalability, reduced costs, increased efficiency, and high availability of services using Internet. However, the security challenges related to cloud computing act as barrier to its widespread adoption. Although there has been extensive research on various areas of cloud security, there are still open challenges. In this workshop, we invite submissions of research work in cloud security assurance. Your research should highlight various methods that can be used to analyse the security requirements, threats, and techniques related to cloud computing, and to provide novel methodological and practical contributions with assuring security for cloud computing.
Topics of interest include, but not limited to:
? Data Security and Privacy in cloud
? Malicious Insiders and Shared Technology Vulnerabilities in cloud
? Insecure APIs and Interfaces in cloud
? Multi-tenancy and delegation of trust in cloud
? Privacy and security issues in cloud
? Risks and compliance issues in cloud
? Access control and Identity management in cloud
? Cloud Service level agreements
? Cloud audit
? Assurance of compliance in cloud
? Cloud Certificate
? Cloud Governance
? Cloud security strategy
? Cloud security principles
? Cloud monitoring system
? Cloud accountability
? Cybersecurity in the cloud
? Secure cloud infrastructure
? Intrusion detection and prevention in cloud
? Security and assurance protocols in cloud
? Security of cloud computing platforms

All papers need to be submitted via EasyChair and the submission site is here: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=csa201... with PDF format.
The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under submission elsewhere. Each paper is limited to 6 pages (or 8 pages with over length charge) including figures and references using IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style (two columns, single-spaced, 10 fonts). You can confirm the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Author Guidelines at the following web page: http://www.computer.org/web/cs-cps/
Once accepted, the paper will be included into the IEEE conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press (indexed by EI). Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to be considered for publication in a journal special issue. At least one of the authors of any accepted paper is requested to register the paper at the conference.
