LAST LEADERBOARD: June 1, 2015
TASK: predict 3 hours in advance the number of bikes available in 75 bike rental stations of Valencia.
GIVEN:
* current number of bikes in the stations
* current weather
* short history for the 75 stations (1 month)
* predictive linear models for another 200 stations, trained on long history (2 years)
HINT: Participants are encouraged to reuse or adapt given linear models but are free to build new models
