The 2015 Fourth International Conference on Internet Applications, Protocols and Services (NETAPPS2015) is a no-frills conference in the area of Internet
communications and networking. The main goal of this conference is to serve as an affordable platform to promote greater engagement of network researchers from around
the globe, notably from the ASEAN and the Asia Pacific region, in the Internet research activities principally on those related to the work of Internet Engineering
Task Force (IETF) and the Internet Research Task Force (IRTF). This conference will motivate greater participation in the technical aspects of Internet technology
research and development, specifically in writing RFCs or Internet Drafts, as well as writing high-quality, top-rated technical journal articles on Internet
technologies from among Internet researchers in the Asia Pacific region.
This biennial conference is hosted and organized by UUM InterNetWorks Research Laboratory in collaboration with the Internet Society (ISOC) Asia Pacific Chapters and
the Malaysian Research and Education Networks (MYREN) InterNetWorks Working Group. The first three editions of NETAPPS conferences were successfully organized in 2008,
2010, and 2012 respectively. The fourth edition of the conference will be held in Putrajaya, Malaysia's administrative capital on 1-3 December, 2015.
NETAPPS2015 seeks papers describing original research contributions to the field of Internet computing and communication networks, with specific focus areas of
Internet applications, Internet architectures, protocols and services. As such, the NETAPPS2015 invites submissions on a wide range of Internet research, including,

PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Manuscripts should be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format, and submitted electronically at
Submission Link. A full paper should not exceed 8 pages (including all figures, tables and references). A paper submitted to NETAPPS2015 cannot be under review for any
other conference or journal during the entire time it is considered for NETAPPS2015. All submissions are peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers.

PUBLICATION OPPURTUNITIES

All submitted papers will be reviewed using the blind review method. Accepted papers will be published as chapters in book. Extended version of the selected best
papers will be considered for possible publication in the following indexed journals collaborating with NETAPPS2015 conference as follows:
- Journal of Network and Computer Applications (JNCA)
- Journal Telkomnika of the Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science (IAES)
- Walailak Journal of Science and Technology (WJST)
- Journal of Information and Communication Technology (JICT)
Conference proceedings will be submitted to Scopus, ISI and other open indexing services (such as Google Scholar, Microsoft Academy) for potential indexing.
