Introduction
===
Considering recent advances and emergence in information technology, and computer science and engineering, a comprehensive understanding to the essence of these realms, and their derivatives, becomes a challenging issue and a key to innovate future computing paradigm. The term, Frontier Computing (FC) -which covers a wide spectrum of computing, such as cloud computing, ubiquitous computing, green computing, service computing, etc.- seeks for all possibility from these existing computing paradigms to craft new discoveries and applications that will shape the future.
The aim of International Conference on Frontier Computing - Theory, Technologies and Applications attempts to provide an open forum for sharing and discussion of state-of-the-art results covering all aspects of computer science and engineering by researchers, and industries as well, all over the world. This will be the fourth event of the series, in which fruitful results can be found in the digital library or conference proceedings of FC 2010 (Taichung, Taiwan), FC 2012 (Xining, China), FC 2013 (Gwangju, Korea). This conference is expected to bring together researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field. Significant contributions in all major fields of the Computer Science and Information Technology in theoretical and practical aspects are highly welcomed.

All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as one of Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series published by Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS). In addition, FC 2015 features a special publication model for authors to extend their conference works to high quality journals and books after the conference. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation and clarity of exposition. Selected high quality and presented papers, with 30-40% extension and revision, will be recommended to one of the journals listed below:
- Future Generation Computer System (Elsevier - SCI)
- Journal of Supercomputing (Springer - SCI)
- Personal and Ubiquitous Computing (Springer - SCIE)
- Multimedia Tools and Applications (Springer - SCIE)
- International Journal of Ad Hoc and Ubiquitous Computing (Inderscience - SCIE)
- Human-Centric and Information Sciences (Springer - Scopus)
- International Journal of Computer Science and Engineering (Inderscience - EI)
- International Journal of Embedded Systems (Inderscience - EI)
- International Journal of High Performance Computing and Networking (Inderscience - EI)
- International Journal of Cognitive Performance Support (Inderscience)
Decision on whether your conference paper will be recommended or not, and to which journal, will be announced within one month after the conference is held via email.
Papers must be prepared at the highest level of quality for inclusion in the conference proceedings. All papers must be: written in standard English and prepared in compliance with the paper formatting template. The following details on these factors should be carefully considered in preparation of papers.
Papers must be prepared using a Springer LNEE (LNCS) formatting template: http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-...
All authors should revisit the Microsoft Word template to ensure that important paper preparation instructions and conventions are followed (note that they are not specified in the LaTeX template files).
Page Limit: The maximum page limit is 10 inclusive of figures and tables. Please note that FC2015 offers the option to buy up to two extra pages for submission ($125 per page, maximum number of 2 extra pages).
Language: The official language for the conference is English. Less than satisfactory English usage may form the sole basis for rejection of a paper and omission of any such final paper version from the conference proceedings. Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to check their papers for proper English spelling and grammar using tools such as English grammar checkers available with most word processing application software.
Papers to all tracks (main conference, workshop, special session) on FC2015 shall be submitted via EasyChair system at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=fc20150
