The 4th International Workshop on E-Marketplace Integration and Interoperability (EM2I'10)
(November 10-12, 2010, Shanghai, China, in conjunction with ICEBE 2010)
The 2010 International Workshop on E-Marketplace Integration & Interoperability (EM2I'10) is a venue for presenting state-of-the-art research and development achievements in the design, introduction, and use of integration technology for e-marketplaces that affect business interoperability between enterprise information systems, within supply chains, and between fragmented e-marketplaces. EM2I'10 is a research forum to achieve a globally and semantically interoperable common business information space where consumers, enterprises and governments can collaboratively work together in mutually-beneficial electronic and virtual markets.
The workshop solicits paper submissions in a wide range of related topics, including, but not limited to, the following:
E-marketplace integration
Business vocabulary integration
Business document integration
Business process integration
Languages describing business vocabularies, documents and processes
Semantic inference on e-marketplaces
Multi-agent systems
Human-computer collaboration systems
Semantic inference engines
Business rules and rule languages
E-marketplace functions
Demand and supply matching
Electronic marketing systems
Electronic procurement systems

Electronic payment systems
Electronic logistics systems
Electronic warehousing systems
Electronic customs systems
Electronic quality inspection systems

Social collaboration for transaction facilitation
We solicit original unpublished full papers of both technical and empirical aspects. Papers should be submitted in IEEE conference paper format and should not exceed 6 pages. Maximum of two additional pages is allowed for US$150/page. Each paper will undergo a blind review process and typically be reviewed by two to three members of the Program Committee. All papers will be evaluated based on relevance, significance, originality, clarity, and technical merit. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings of ICEBE 2010, which will be published by IEEE Computer Society and made available in the IEEE Digital Library.
All papers are EI-indexed. The paper submission will take place using EasyChair at following link:
