The International Conference on Optoelectronics and Image Processing (ICOIP 2010) will be held from Nov 11th to 12st, 2010 in Haikou, China. ICOIP 2010 will provide a highlevel international forum
for scientists, engineers, and educators to present the state of the art of optoelectronics and Image processing and their applications in diverse fields. All accepted papers will appear in conference proceedings published by the IEEE Computer Society and will be indexed both EI (Compendex) and ISTP. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to:
