International Workshop on Technology-Enhanced Learning in Cyber-Physical Social Spaces (TELCPSS2015)
To be held in conjunction with 12th IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Intelligence and Computing (UIC2015)
Beijing, China, August 10?14, 2015

---
The International Workshop on Technology-Enhanced Learning in Cyber-Physical Social Spaces will be jointly held with the 12th IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Intelligence and Computing (http://www.cybermatics.org/SWC2015/UIC/UIC2015.htm) in Beijing, China during August 10?14, 2015.
This workshop aims to provide a premier international forum for researchers and practitioners to discuss the most recent research on the latest developments in Technology-Enhanced Learning in Cyber-Physical Social Spaces. In particular, original ideas and research articles are solicited ranging from theoretical studies, practical applications, new communication technologies, and experimental prototypes, in order to map out the directions for future developments and research collaborations.
---
Scope
---
With the high development of CPS (Cyber-Physical Social) computing and technology, the physical world and cyber world are increasingly integrating and merging. Many research works have been tried to develop new computational paradigms and algorithms to realize the symbiosis of people-computers-things, ranging from artificial intelligence, information technology, user modeling, virtual reality, and robotics, which are continuously changing our living, working and learning experience in the integrated CPS environment. Especially along with the popularity of online learning, such as massive online open courses (MOOCs), learning under a social context within a community or across a social network has drawn increasing attentions. Specifically, the technology-enhanced social learning focuses on providing an efficient means to enhance the analyzing and sharing of beneficial learning process with social knowledge under a certain social context in the collaborative Cyber-Physical environment.
We welcome contributions to advance high quality research in methods, theories, techniques and tools concerning the idea of technology-enhanced social learning, in order to prompt the learning and education development in the next era.
