Beyond Tomorrow
Reaching out in early childhood
Presented by early learning service provider, ECMS, Beyond Tomorrow is a leading early childhood conference designed for everyone interested in, or working for the development and wellbeing of children aged 0-8.
At Beyond Tomorrow, expert speakers will challenge, enlighten and inspire attendees as they explore the opportunities that can be realised by ‘reaching out’ in the early childhood sector. Speakers will use contemporary research to explore ‘reaching out’ to achieve social inclusion, reconciliation and to create positive partnerships.
Social inclusion
Beyond Tomorrow will examine the role that the early childhood sector plays in shaping a socially inclusive society, one that respects and celebrates diversity.
Speakers will examine the benefits of positive early learning education and care experiences for those most vulnerable and at-risk in our society and how these can be facilitated.
Reconciliation
Beyond Tomorrow will consider and discuss how we can positively promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander identity and culture within early childhood settings. Speakers will discuss advancing reconciliation, cultural awareness, relationships with families and improving children’s outcomes.
Partnerships
A range of expert perspectives will explore how positive partnerships with children, families, communities and governments can be developed and nurtured to produce high-quality outcomes for all.
Speakers will examine the future direction of partnerships within the early childhood sector, looking at the emergence of integrated, joined-up service models and communication innovations to foster positive child, family and community engagement.
