"Emerging talent" is a hot topic that organizations have to act upon in order to meet the demands of a quickly changing business world. Companies are facing a war on talent, and a war with talent. In this very practical workshop, we will explore the workplace of tomorrow and the factors that driving us toward it at a rapid pace. We will learn what skills are needed for the future and take time to assess your own organization (gap analysis).
We will also discuss high potential versus high performer, and how to differentiate between them. We will collaboratively work through a complete talent discovery program that you can implement with as little or as much budget as you want. Finally, you will get a high potential assessment tool that HR and your leaders can use to evaluate talent.
