20th European Conference on Network and Optical Communications, NOC 2015 will be held at University College London (UCL), London, UK, from June 30th to July 2nd, 2015.
NOC addresses research topics in the networks area, such as core, metro and access network planning design and modeling, optical communications (both fiber and free-space), wireless networks (cellular and ad-hoc) and photonic devices. New topics such as optical mobile backhauling, optical interconnects, intra-datacenter networking, and software-defined optical networks will also be included.
Through its technical program, the conference will provide an opportunity for the academic and industrial communities to address new research challenges, share solutions and discuss issues in information and communication technology (ICT) referring to modern telecommunications. The 20th NOC provides a forum for the promotion of new opportunities from industry, institutes of technology and academia. We therefore invite you to contribute to the event through involvement as patron, session organizer, presenter, delegate or contributor.
The goal of the conference is to present high-quality results in the field, and to provide a framework for research collaboration through focused discussions that will shape future research efforts and directions. In this context, the program committee will accept only a limited number of papers that meet the criteria of originality, presentation quality and topic relevance. NOC has reached the highest level of quality, which is reflected both in the level of participation as well as the acceptance ratio and the amount and quality of submitted papers.
Submission Deadline Extended to the 1st April 2015.
