The First International Conference on Networking and Computing

Higashi Hiroshima, Japan, November 17-19, 2010

http://www.icnc.info/

Introduction
The second decade of the 21st century is the beginning of golden age of parallel and distributed systems and computing. For example, parallel processing systems such as multicore processors and GPUs are supplied at a reasonably low cost. Also, the cloud computing offers various service though the high-bandwidth Internet infrastructure. We are now facing a paradigm shift by these new networking and computing environments.

International Conference on Networking and Computing will serve as a forum for scientists and engineers of academy and industry around the world to exchange and discuss the latest research findings in all aspects of networking and computing including parallel and distributed systems, architectures, and applications. In addition to technical sessions consisting of contributed papers, the conference will include invited presentations, a poster session, tutorials, and workshops. We believe that participants will get new ideas and research results of networking and computing.

The First International Conference on Networking and Computing will be held at Hiroshima University from November 17-19, 2010. Hiroshima has two world heritage sites, Itsukushima Shrine and Atomic Bomb Dorm. The mid November is the best season to visit Itsukushima Shrine. The visitors can enjoy autumn leaves and autumn colors around the Shrine.
