The Wireless and Optical Communication Conference (WOCC) is a major annual event for telecommunications and optical professionals in the U.S. and the Asia-Pacific regions in the past two decades. The WOCC 2015 provides an excellent forum for presenting new research results, emerging technologies, industrial advancements, and innovative research ideas among academic and industrial professionals. The theme of WOCC 2015 is "Connecting the Big Crowd: Communication Network and Big Data in the Era of Internet of Things and 5G", highlighting the convergence and integration of mobile communications, Internet, and big data processing in realizing diverse applications of Internet of Things. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the WOCC Conference Proceedings and will be sent for indexing in IEEE Xplore. An author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate and the paper must be presented by an author or a qualified representative.
All final submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of five (5) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with over length page charge of USD 100 if accepted). Papers exceeding 6 pages will not be accepted at EDAS.
