EDPE 2015 - 18th International Conference on Electrical Drives and Power Electronics 2015

On behalf of the National Organizing Committee in co-ordination with the SES (Slovak Electrotechnical Society), FEEI TU (Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Technical University of Kosice) and in cooperation with the KoREMA (Croatian Society for Communication, Electronics, Measurement and Control), FER (Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb) it is our pleasure to invite you to the 18th International Conference on Electrical Drives and Power Electronics, EDPE 2015. This is already the 7th joint Slovak-Croatian conference. The Conference will be held in the High Tatras, Slovakia, on 21 - 23 September 2015.
The EDPE 2015 Conference, continues in tradition of two former predecessors of EDPE Conferences established independently in Slovakia and Croatia, in 1973 (the last conference organised in Dubrovnik in 2013 was the 17th Croatian conference). The both previously independent conferences belong to the oldest ones established in Europe in fields of power electronics, electric machines, drives and associated topics. Since 1990 the conference uses the current name "International Conference on Electrical Drives and Power Electronics" (EDPE). Since 2003 the conference is organised in two-year period alternatively in Slovakia and Croatia as the joint conference.
The 18th EDPE Conference in Slovakia will continue in exchange of experiences and discussion about recent research, development and future trends in theory, design, application and operation of all types of semiconductor power converters, electrical machines and electrical drives, mechatronic systems and industrial application of motion control and related topics.
