This conference organized by the ENSA and FS of the Abdelmalek Essaadi University in partnership with the Moroccan Centre for Polytechnic Research and Innovation (CMRPI), is the second edition of the International Conference on Cybercrime CIC2014 organized on June 24 & 25, 2014 at Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra. The ICC-CS 2015 conference is part of the national campaign against cybercrime (2014-2017) launched under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment and the Digital Economy.
The organization of this conference came in response to the growing interest in cybercrime, which has created a challenge that, threatens the security of the modern society. As information technology becomes widely used to handle most of aspects of life, the level of cybercrime has increased considerably. The field of cybercrime is a multidisciplinary area that includes law, computer science, finance, telecommunications, and data analysis.
The ICC-CS aims to bring together researchers, practitioners from academia, industry and governmental institutions to elaborate and discuss IT security, cybercrime and privacy challenges that we are facing today and will be facing in the future.
In addition to traditional paper sessions, the conference sessions will include participation of industry and institutional representatives presenting rising threats, demonstrating countermeasures and sharing their experiences.
