ICEUTE'15 proceedings are to be published by Springer in a special volume of Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing (Springer), indexed by ISI Proceedings, DBLP and Springerlink, among others. All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity.
Every submitted paper to ICEUTE'15 will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee.

***CALL FOR SPECIAL SESSIONS AND WORKSHOPS***
In addition to regular sessions, participants are encouraged to organize special sessions and workshops on specialized topics. Each special session should have at least 4 or 5 quality papers.
Special session organizers will solicit submissions; conduct reviews jointly with the ICEUTE'15 PC and in the same way recommend accept/reject decisions on the submitted papers.

*** Soft Computing represents a collection or set of computational techniques in machine learning, computer science and some engineering disciplines, which investigate, simulate and analyze very complex issues and phenomena.
The 6th International Conference on EUropean Transnational Education (ICEUTE'15) will be a meeting point for people working on transnational higher education within Europe. ICEUTE 2015 will provide a stimulating and fruitful forum for presenting and discussing the latest works and advances on transnational higher education within European countries.

***PAPER SUBMISSION AND PROCEEDINGS***
ICEUTE'15 proceedings are to published by Springer in special volume of Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing (Springer), indexed by ISI Proceedings, DBLP and Springerlink, among others.
All submissions will be refereed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Every submitted paper to ICEUTE'15 will be reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee.
Papers must be prepared according to Springer’s templates (MS Word or LaTeX format) for the Advances in Intelligent and Computing volume series (www.springer.com/series/11156) and must be no more than ten (10) pages long, including figures and bibliography. Additional pages (over 10 pages) will be charged at 150 Euro each.
