Currently a high level of interest is being generated through the development of a wide and varied range of systems based on Computing and Information Technology. There are many high profile projects, all around the world, seeking to transfer many services and facilities into state-of-the-art electronic technologies. UHDComp’15, which will be held at the University of Human Development (www.uhd.edu.iq) as part of University of Human Development Second Scientific International Multi-Conference 2015, will cover a mix of topics aimed to address current research issues in the design, engineering and adoption of Computing and Information Technology.

English is the only language allowed for papers in UHDComp’15. Papers submitted to the conference will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published in a special issue of University of Human Development Journal (A refereed academic journal). UHD will offer a full accommodation during the conference period for the first and second authors per each accepted paper for those authors from outside Sulaimaniyah (UHD is not responsible for travel costs).
Submission of Papers: Prospective authors are invited to submit their paper abstracts, and then (based on abstract acceptance) to submit full-length papers according to conference deadlines. Full-length papers (not exceeding 8 pages) should conform to the IEEE template format (A4 paper size) and will be handled and processed electronically via the EDAS online submission system . It is important to not include author(s) name(s) and/or affiliation(s) in the files of the submitted abstracts and papers (They should only be included in the final camera-ready version after paper acceptance). Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register (free registration fees) and present their paper. Further details can be found at http://comp15.uhd.edu.iq/ .
