CAMR 2015 - 3rd Annual International Conference on Advances in Medical Research (CAMR 2015)
Topics/Call fo Papers
The conference “CAMR” is a result of the collective effort in bringing several of GSTF existing medical conferences in the following research areas - Cancer, Cardiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Pediatrics, Pathology, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology, under a single forum. The conference addresses these issues as special tracks for the benefit of researchers/medical practitioners.
Cancer: The recent developments to fight cancer turning the disease into a chronic, instead of a fatal one. Efforts have been ongoing since the 1970s and are providing a challenge to researchers due to the complexity of cancer. Ranging from epidemiology, molecular bioscience to the performance of clinical trials to evaluate and compare applications of the various cancer treatments, cancer research identify the causes and develop strategies for prevention, diagnosis, treatments and cure.
Cardiology: The Cardiology & Cardiovascular Medicine Research aims to be a platform for researchers, cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and educators all over the world to present, share and exchange new medicine studies, research results, research analysis, innovations and advances in dealing with heart disorders or cardiovascular disease. The theme tends to be broad to incorporate the overarching perspective within the field of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Medicine.
Anatomy: Anatomy remains the fundamental pre-requisite of medical, dental and veterinary science. The traditional topics of macroscopic anatomy, microscopic anatomy and clinical anatomy and of the technological innovations that is more relevant for anatomy education.
Physiology: Physiology is the science of life which aims to understand the mechanisms of living, from the molecular basis of cell function to the integrated behaviour of the whole body. Research in physiology helps us to understand how the body works; it also helps us to realize what goes wrong in disease and to identify new treatments for disease.
Pediatrics: The recent research involving pediatricians, practitioners, neonatologists, nutritionists, researchers, nurses and other experts in Pediatrics are shared in this forum. How to translate new advances in basic development science into practice is the current focus and based in order to incorporate the overarching perspective within the field of Pediatrics.
Pathology: The science of the causes and effects of diseases, esp. the branch of medicine that deals with the laboratory examination of samples of body tissue for diagnostic or forensic purposes. Pathology addresses four components of disease: cause/etiology, mechanisms of development (pathogenesis), structural alterations of Pathology is further separated into divisions, based on either the system being studied (e.g. dermatopathology) or the focus of the examination (e.g. forensic pathology and determining the cause of death), Cells (morphologic changes) and the consequences of changes (clinical manifestations).
Obstetrics & Gynaecology are the two surgical?medical specialties dealing with the female reproductive organs in their pregnant and non-pregnant state, respectively, and as such are often combined to form a single medical specialty and postgraduate training programme. This combined training prepares the practicing OB/GYN to be adept at the surgical management of the entire scope of clinical pathology involving female reproductive organs, and to provide care for both pregnant and non-pregnant patients.
CAMR 2015 aims to gather researchers, practitioners and educators all over the world to exchange/share research evidence, practical experiences, models of best practice and innovative ideas on issues related to Cancer, Cardiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Pediatrics, Pathology, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The conference aims to engage the academic community of experts in each of these domains and its sub-specialties, to share a passion for exchanging ideas & new research development that has undergone major transformations. A large part of the meeting will provide opportunities for delegates to update colleagues of developments as all the sessions will be interactive and participants will be involved in the discussions.
