HFTELS 2015 - 1st International Symposium on Human Factors in Training, Education, and Learning Sciences

This first symposium provides researchers and practitioners a forum to share research and best practices in the application of human factors to training, education, and learning sciences. Just as human factors has been applied to hardware, software, and the built environment, there is now a growing interest in the optimal design of training, education, and learning experiences. Principles of behavioral and cognitive science are extremely relevant to the design of instructional content and the effective application of technology to deliver the appropriate learning experience. These principles and best practices are important in corporate, higher education, and military training environments.
