The aim of the conference is to bring together scientists, researchers, educationalists and developers, to share new ideas and establish cooperation between them and provide a platform for presenting their original work and exchange ideas, information, techniques and applications in the field of Communication, VLSI & Embedded Systems. Participants are encouraged to present papers on all topics listed in the CALL FOR PAPERS, which enable interdisciplinary discussions on new ideas, latest research and development. Papers are invited from various departments of Aeronautical, Automobile, CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, Inst.& Control, Mechatronics, and allied branches of Engineering. Selected Papers will be published in the Proceedings of the conference.

The city of Warangal, located in the north east of Hyderabad in Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh, was accorded World Heritage status by UNESCO. Warangal was the capital of Kakatiya kingdom ruled by the Kakatiya dynasty from the 12th to the 14th centuries. The Kakatiya kings were great builders. Some of the famous examples of this architecture are the Thousand Pillared Temple, Ramappa Temple and Warangal Fort.
Warangal is known for its beautiful lakes, temples and wildlife. It is rich in antiques and relics. The best season to visit Warangal is from September to February, when there is little humidity and average temperature is in the range of 22- 23 °C.
