Annual Business Process Management Conference Europe 2015, scheduled for 15-17 June 2015 at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, London, UK. The conference is produced by IRM UK and BPTrends, and will again be co-located with EAC2015.

The deadline for submissions is Monday 15th December 2014.
We are looking for keynotes, conference sessions and half/full day workshops on the following key themes and topics (but not limited to).

Assessing BPM Structural and Cultural Maturity Applying assessment frameworks to determine the ability of organizations to conduct BPM work with confidence and to establish a roadmap for installing a BPM Program over a period of time.
Readiness for Change Evaluating the degree of business change that the organization will be able to absorb realistically and establishing an achievable roadmap for rolling one out.
BPM Human Change and Cultural Transformation Establishing roll-out plans for process-centric business solutions that engage staff and motivate managers with the full commitment of business executives. This will deal with traditional flow models as well as case-based and other recent progressions in emerging notational standards.
Process and Business Analysis and Design Techniques and Practices How to analyse a business process to eliminate waste find constraints and root causes and improve performance, including techniques for Lean, Six Sigma and Process Improvement as well as design techniques and methods.
Adaptive Case Management Recognizing business processes that are inherently non-linear and service oriented where the next step cannot be predetermined and the emerging standards now coming to the fore.
BPM Emerging Trends
Business and Process Innovation How to apply innovative and disruptive concepts and techniques to business process problems or opportunities, from unstructured to very structured creative methods, to generate out of the box new ideas and business models.
