Description:
As computing and network systems gradually become the fundamental infrastructure of our information society, many multidisciplinary research topics emerge to reflect the features of our economics and society. The International Symposium on Multidisciplinary Emerging Networks and Systems (MENS 2010) aims to provide a forum for researchers to exchange new ideas and information regarding the advancements in the state of the art and practice of emerging networks and systems from the multidisciplinary perspectives, as well as to identify research topics and envision the future.
Papers that illustrate innovative research results, works-in-progress, new ideas, or survey works are solicited. Topics include but are not limited to: Innovative models and evolutionary principles for intelligent networks and systems, Bio-inspired information and communication systems, Complex adaptive systems, Service and cloud computing, Trust, security, and privacy issues, Social sensing and networks, Socially-inspired and collaborative computing, Massive agents systems, Safety-critical systems, Empirical studies of multidisciplinary approaches, and etc.
