CNIS 2014 ONLY accepts unpublished research papers. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. The proceeding of CNIS 2014 will be published by IEEE CPS, then be submitted for indexing to EI index and Thomson ISI ( ISTP, CPCI, Web of Science).
