ISHIMR 2015 - 17th International Symposium for Health Information Management Research

17th International Symposium on Health Information Management Research (ISHIMR 2015) to take place on the 25-26 June 2015, in the beautiful city of York, England, UK. Rich in medieval, Viking and Roman history, and home to famous tourist attractions such as York Minster, a Roman city wall, and The Shambles medieval street, York is one of the top three historic cities in the UK and most definitely one of the most picturesque. This stunning city will be the backdrop to ISHIMR 2015.
The theme of this meeting will focus on "Health Informatics for Enhancing Health and Well-Being"
ISHIMR 2015 is jointly organised by the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences at York St. John University and the Information School, University of Sheffield.
We will aim to publish a selection of the best papers from the ISHIMR conference in a special issue of the Health Informatics Journal as has happened with previous ISHIMR conferences. In addition a further selection of the top-rated papers, as reviewed by the Programme Committee, will be published in the open access journal, the International Journal of Health Information Management Research (IJHIMR).
