The World Wide Web has radically altered the way we share information. Hyperlinks allow users to traverse Web information. However, various semantic links exist in the objective world and the subjective world. They semantically link various resources and knowledge, help human understand, learn, and discover in the worlds, especially for the World Wide Web. The 1st Workshop on Semantic Link Network is to offer an international forum for researchers on this topic. It will be held in conjunction with the 6th International Conference on Semantics, Knowledge and Grid.
