Aelurus 2015 - Aelurus Graduate Scholarly Literature Journal
Topics/Call fo Papers
Aelurus is an annual journal that publishes literary and theoretical scholarship from graduate students, which is run and staffed by graduate students in Weber State University’s Master of Arts in English program. As such, Aelurus is devoted to a publication process in which we foster and lend experience to the scholarly endeavor of fellow graduate students.
Open to critical perspectives and mediums of examination from any time period, Aelurus solicits scholarly submissions, the most rigorous of which will be published digitally and in print in the spring of each year.
Submission Guidelines:
Aelurus is currently accepting submissions for its 2015 issue, scheduled for publication in April 2015. Submissions must be original works produced by graduate-level students at institutions within the United States.
Paper submissions must: (1) be sent as a .doc or .docx attachment to aelurus-AT-weber.edu; (2) be attached to an e-mail that includes the author’s full name, graduate institution, paper title, and contact information; (3) follow MLA formatting guidelines; and (4) which are approximately 15-20 pages. We prefer essays of this length, but we will not turn away exceptional works that are outside of these margins.
Book reviews must be on critical or scholarly texts published no earlier than 2012 and should be approximately 1,000 words.
Please note: we do not accept concurrent submissions or submissions that have been previously published.
Any questions or concerns can be addressed at aeluruslitjournal.com or by emailing us at aelurus-AT-weber.edu
