The 10th Conference on Manoeuvring and Control of Marine Craft (MCMC'2015) is a triennial event organized by the International Federation of Automatic Control. MCMC returns to Denmark after 15 years and will take place in the capital city Copenhagen. MCMC2015 is organized by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in cooperation with the Automation and Control Group at the Department of Electrical Engineering, the DTU Maritime Centre, and the Danish Automation Society, the national member organization of IFAC.
The National Organizing Committee is very happy to welcome you to join MCMC2015, and to contribute to a successful event with your latest achievements in the field of automatic control applied to marine systems.
Scope
MCMC2015 will provide a stimulating framework where key academic and industrial practitioners discuss and demonstrate recent scientific and technological advances in the general area of automatic control with applications to manned and unmanned marine systems; motivates new research agendas and explore avenues for future research with high impact on the maritime community at large.
Motivated by recent, fast paced developments in the area, special emphasis will be given to cooperative systems, focusing the discussion on a number of topics that include navigation, guidance, and control of robotic marine platforms, including autonomous surface and underwater vehicles.
Program
To arrange an outstanding technical program we invite you to submit:
? Contributed papers
? Invited sessions proposals and invited papers
The submitted contributions will be carefully evaluated by the Conference Editorial Board and the International Program Committee, and the accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
We also welcome submission of:
? Tutorial session proposals
? Pre-conference workshop proposals
? Panel session proposals on topics of industrial interests
that will complement the scientific program providing a broad overview of the control related challenges currently emerging from academia and industry.
