Overview
===
The 4th International Conference on Convergence and its Application will be held on November 12-14, 2014 at Jeju National University International Center, Jeju Island, Korea. The ICCA 2014 has been dramatically developed and applied significantly to the areas of BIT and ICT with well defined industrialization policy.
In this time, The ICCA 2014 will bring together emerging convergence environments and its applications. Practically their new supporting technologies to be shared by a diverse group of industry professionals and academic researchers with a common interest.

Paper Publication

All accepted papers will be published in the following journals for the special issues (all following journals indexed by EI or SCOPUS Journal). The high quality papers also recommend to publish SCIE after extension and revision. Authors should submit a paper 6~10 pages in lengths, and please use the format form which will be downloading the ICCA Site.

Workshop & Poster
===
We invite proposals for workshop or poster at the 3rd International Conference on Convergence and its Application (ICCA 2014).
Authors should submit a paper with 2-4 pages in lengths, and please use the format form whitch will be downloding the ICCA 2014 site.
The organizers and chairs of the workshop or poster shall have full control on forming of program committees, review and selection of papers as well as recommendation highly qualified papers to journals indexed by SCI(E). Papers for further revision to submit to journals indexed by SCI(E) will be selected by the workshop or poster chair and program committee. The papers should be selected based on results of paper review and evaluation by session chair in the conference presentation. The average acceptance rate of this selection process will be about 20% ~ 25% of the presented papers. In addition, workshop or poster chairs will benefit from logistics support and other types of support, including secretariat and financial support, to facilitate the development of a valid ideas.
