CONECT 2014 - CONECT Conference of Environmental and Climate Technologies

A transition is needed towards an optimal use of renewable biological resources. The world must move towards sustainable primary production and processing systems that can produce more food, fiber and other bio-based products with fewer inputs, less environmental impact and reduced greenhouse gas emissions.
The conference includes, but is not limited to, following topics:
energy efficiency in different economic sectors,
renewable energy sources by particular focus on novel sources of biomass,
bio-refinery,
environmental biotechnology,
emerging trends in biotechnology etc.
ARTICLE SUBMISSION
All papers will be peer reviewed before being accepted for the CONECT 2014. The conference proceedings will be published at Energy Procedia (http://www.journals.elsevier.com/energy-procedia/), which is an open access publication focussing on publishing high-quality conference proceedings across the energy field.
Selected papers will also be recommended for publication in a scientific journals indexed by SCOPUS:
International scientific journal of RTU "Environmental and Climate Technologies". The print version of the journal is published by RTU Press and the electronic version by Versita.
Management of Environmental Quality. An International Journal published bu Emerald Group publishing. Indexed by SCOPUS and other databases. See more information here.
