The 2nd International Workshop on Database Technology and Applications(DBTA2010)serves as a forum for researchers, industry professionals, and academics interested in Database, Data warehouse, Data mining and Computer Science with the goal of fostering interaction.The conference was sponsored and supported by Hubei University of Technology,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Harbin Institute of Technology and Wuhan University, IEEE Harbin Section,Research Association of Modern Education and Computer Science. The DBTA 2010 Proceedings will be published by IEEE Press, and all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore,and arrange for indexing service(EI Compendex and ISTP). The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publications in some International Journals which are indexed by SCI or EI.
