With the development of economic globalization, port logistics has been increasingly important in the world economy. As an international shipping center, port has played a central role in Shanghai. This year, with the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, the port has been upgraded to a more important position. In spite of the increase of the throughput of port logistics, it is accompanied by the contradiction against the limited port productivity. In order to improve the operational efficiency and the economic and ecological environment of the port, and to adapt to the development of international Industrie 4.0, innovative construction and development of the port has become a hotspot issue, which has attracted common concern of the government, enterprises and relevant experts both at home and abroad.
