PSMR 2014 - 3rd Conference on PET/MR and SPECT/MRR (2014 PSMR)
Topics/Call fo Papers
Following the two successful PSMR conferences on MR-PET (PSMR2012 on ELBA in May 2012 and PSMR13 on Aachen in May 2013), as well as the series of Jülich MR-PET Workshops, it is our pleasure to invite you to Kos island, Greece on 25-27 May 2014. The PSMR conference has been established as the most significant international conference on MR-PET and MR-SPECT, with steadily increasing participation (145 participants in 2012 and 185 in 2013). Once again the program will cover the entire spectrum of topics related to MR-(S)PET in small animal, brain, and whole-body imaging from instrumentation, methodology, applications to bimodal tracers.
PSMR14 will provide a forum for fruitful discussions and sharing of experience and best practices, which will highlight the clinical value of this technology and are likely to suggest new applications and standards. PSMR14 foresees to improve the sessions devoted to bimodal tracers and preclinical applications, which demonstrate the unique role that MR-(S)PET can have in preclinical research. Finally, PSMR14 aims to open to the MR community, since recent advances in MR technology, tracers and applications could speed up technological evolution and end-users acceptance of MR-(S)PET.
We hope you will have a fruitful conference time in Kos island, benefit from a sceintif program and enjoy your stay in a beautiful location.
The PSMR2014 Chairs
