Special issue on Managing Organizational Transformation (June 2015 issue)
Original, unpublished, undisguised teaching cases, research cases based on live business or administrative situations preferably focused on South Asia, pertaining to all aspects of ‘Managing Organizational Transformation’ are invited for this special issue of the BMC. Suggested topics of focus include, but are not confined to, the following:
? Effective policies and practices for corporate sustainability
? Impact of Innovations, New Product Development and Process technology
? Strategies for business growth
? Enhancing value addition
? Organizational effectiveness in enhancing resource utilization
? Product and Service Quality management
? Stakeholder satisfaction
? Human capital Management
? Comprehensive management concepts for change management
? Practices and challenges in achieving global awards as The Deming Prize, The Deming Grand Prize, Dow Jones Sustainability Index ,GRI, EFQM, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Prerequisite: Consent letter from the organization case studied for publication of the case.
Deadline for receipt of manuscripts: 31 October, 2014
