Webmedia 2014 - XX Brazilian Symposium on Multimedia and the Web

We are delighted to invite you to submit quality papers describing original research and new findings on technological and theoretical aspects related to Multimedia, Hypermedia and the Web at Webmedia2014, the XX Brazilian Symposium on Multimedia and the Web.
Webmedia2014 will be held in Joao Pessoa/PB, a lovely city in the Northeast of Brazil in 18-21 November (check out Joao Pessoa greatest outdoors). The event’s current organization is under the responsibility of the Universidade Federal da Paraiba (UFPB) and also supported by the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC).
Authors are invited to submit papers reporting research results, which will be evaluated in terms of: originality, technical content and accuracy, significance of the work, presentation (organization, style and clearness), and appropriateness of references to papers presented in earlier editions of the event. This year conference incorporates the following categories:
- Full papers and Short papers
- Workshop on Ongoing Thesis and Dissertations (WTD)
- Workshop on Tools and Applications (WFA)
- Workshop on Undergraduate Research Work (WTIC)
We estimate paper submissions will be due after 23 May, and the online Symposium will be held in 18-21 November 2014. Final dates will be announced in the Call for Papers e-mail and listed in the symposium web page soon.
