The Australasian Telecommunication Network Application Conference 2010 (ATNAC 2010) will be held in Auckland, New Zealand. This will be in conjunction with APCC 2010. For many years ATNAC has been the forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss topics related to advanced communication networks technologies and services, while at the same time, opening the door to the world of industry and users. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Research areas covered by the conference include but are not (necessarily) limited to Mobile and Wireless Networks, Optical Communications, Internet Technologies, and Wireless Sensor Networks.
Suggested Topics
# Ad Hoc and sensor networks
# Network fault-tolerance, reliability, debugging and troubleshooting
# Network architectures and protocols
# Network performance evaluation, modelling, simulation, measurement
# 4G Mobile network architecture
# VPNs and traffic engineering
# Broadband wireless access
# High-speed switching and routing
# Emerging systems and technologies
# Policy based networking Theory
# Photonic nets and optical components
# Network security
# Satellite and space communications
# Network middleware
# Emerging technologies for home nets
# Flow-based Traffic Management
# Overlay network and P2P networking
# Test beds, experimental System and field trials
# Parallel processing on multi-cores
