It aims to be the premier forum for the presentation of the state of art research work in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science and Convergence Applications. ICISCA 2014 is organized by Society of Convergence and Integrated Research and Korean Convergence Society, and co-organized with XJTLU, Inha University IIER, Pusan National University, King Khalid University and Integrated Intelligent Research. To ensure highest quality of standard, all papers submitted to ICISCA will be reviewed using a double blind process. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

3.Information Technology related with Industrial System
4.Computational Intelligence and its Applications
5.Informatics and Biomedical Engineering
6.Big Data Analysis and Application to Industry and e-market

9.and other related fields
Papers presented at ICISCA 2014 will be published under the supervision of IET. Conference papers should be readied 3 pages with conference template. Also it should not be published and not be reviewing any other conference and journal. Selected high quality papers will be recommended for the publication in the competitive International Journals such as SCI(E), SCOPUS, and EI indexed journals.
ICISCA support the participants organize the special sessions, Special session has no limit research area, and session will be organized over five papers. Session organizers are included automatically as a member of steering committee.
Conference also provides the opportunity to the sponsoring institutions and companies to advertise their educational programs, products as well as industrial recruitment. Targeted activities to be organized include products demonstration, information exchange, students recruitment, and so on. A detailed technical exhibition program shall be announced at the webpage of ICISCA 2014.

Official Language
The official language of this conference is English. Abstracts, papers and presentations should be fairly presented English.
Format and Template
All submissions can't exceed 4 pages in length. Otherwise, you have to pay for the additional pages. Authors can refer to the template of the ICISCA2014.
Special Statement
Since its establishment, the ICISCA2014 has been dedicated to developing a high-level, high-standard, and high-quality platform for the scientists, engineers, educators and technicians in the fields of information, system and convergence technology to further academic exchange. Considering that there is a wide-range of unqualified international academic conferences held over the world, and some conferences have met difficulties in publication and retrieval because of the poor quality of the articles and the problems in procedural norms, the program committee of this conference is committed to ensuring the quality and norms of the conference and articles involved and to protecting the interests of participants and contributors. Thus, the organizing committee makes a special statement concerning contributions:
1. All articles contributed to ICISCA2014 must be new articles which have not been published in any journals or publications, and the copyrights of the articles should not have been demised to any institution, organization or individual.
2. Several kinds of articles will be refused by ICISCA 2014:
1) Pseudo-articles which are incompetent in reasoning and devoid of any statistics, experiments or designs;
2) Plagiarized articles;
3) Articles translated by translation software;
4) Articles irrelevant to the theme and scope of this conference.
