Topics/Call fo Papers

There was a time when oil companies drilled for crude oil to fuel kerosene lamps, but discarded the gas as industrial waste. Similarly but more recently, businesses, governments and individuals have realized that data generated from actions or transactions may be more valuable that the action or transaction itself. This has led to development of “The Data-Enriched Society”, the theme underlying this conference. The successes or failures of governments, industries, firms and individuals are shifting and being reshaped by their relative recognition and facility in turning data and technology to advantage, and in developing actionable feedback loops. Such endeavors create serendipitous opportunities, unsuspected risks and possibly ethical dilemmas.
We look forward to receiving your abstracts.
