Submission Guidelines:
Authors are invited to submit research papers via EasyChair. The symposium language is English. All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period. Submitted papers should be prepared in ACM style and should not exceed 10 pages. All accepted papers will be included in the symposium proceedings published as a volume in ACM ICPS (indexed by ACM Digital Library and DBLP). The ACM symposium proceedings format with templates and author guidelines can be located at: http://www.acm-soict.org/~soict2014/submission.php
Publication:
All papers will be peer-reviewed by members of the SOICT 2014 IPC and selected reviewers based on originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing, formatting, and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance. Proceedings will be published by the ACM ICPS (indexed by ACM Digital Library and DBLP).
