Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts of their proposed paper of not more than 300 words in the research areas relevant to conference topics. Detailed instructions for final papers will be sent to authors whose abstracts are accepted for publication in conference proceedings. Selected outstanding contributions will be included in edited book published by an internationally recognized publisher. Other selection will be published in the Qassim University Journal of Engineering and Computer Sciences (QUJECS).
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
English is the official language of the SEC-8th, hence, abstracts, papers and presentations are preferred to be in English.
VENUE AND DATE
The three-day conference will be held at the College of Engineering, Qassim University during the spring of 2011 in the warm-weathered city of Buraidah, AlQassim, Saudi Arabia.
PARTICIPATION
The SEC-8th conference shall draw participants including:
? Professional engineers, designers, and consultants.
? Vendors in all areas of engineering practice, clients and users.
? Academic and industrial researchers and scientists.
? Professors, faculty, and staff members.
CONFERENCE FIELDS
The conference major fields shall focus on recent advances in all areas of engineering including but not limited to:
