This course will identify the five dysfunctions of a team; Absence of Trust, Fear of Conflict, Lack of Commitment, Avoiding Accountability and Inattention to Results; and the five keys to overcoming dysfunction.
Each one of the five dysfunctions comes with its own unique challenges to overcoming it. While the members of the “team” may be well intentioned, working together to accomplish a unified goal isn’t accomplished by simply identifying as a “team”, rather it is accomplished through developing a team.
