1st workshop on Technology for Wearable medical and sports applications TecWear'14) in conjunction with the10th International Intelligent Environments Conference in Shanghai, China from 30th June - 1st July 2014. This workshop will be focused on technologies for healthcare and sports services which share a common body sensing and data processing need. The workshop aims to bring researchers and industries together to share their ideas, methodologies and results so as to encourage the application of intelligent environment technology to these important market sectors. Workshops are an ideal venue for early work such as conceptual models and initial experiements. As such, we are especially interested in papers that can drive discussions that will lead to further research and technology improvements in this important subject.
