BDSA 2014 - International Workshop on Big Data Semantics and Analytics (BDSA 2014)

The workshop will held in conjunction withThe International Conference on Web-Age Information Management (WAIM 2014) to be held in Macau, China, June 16-18, 2014. Big Data is one the important problems faced by the scientific community now a days. This is due to the fact that huge number of fresh data is being made available on regular basis. The management of Big Data has many dimensions such as: providing storage for management, technologies for analysis, Mining important knowledge from data etc. This workshop focuses on the analysis part of this management where different approaches are used to identify the important knowledge from Big Data. Furthermore, the workshop will focus on the techniques and technologies which employ semantic analysis on Big Data. The targeted authors and audience of this workshop are those who especially solving the problem using semantic technologies, and generally solving the problem using any interesting technique/method/algorithm.
