EHS 2014 - 11th Congress European Hip Society - EHS 2014

Dear Member of EHS, dear Colleague,
In the middle of my Presidency for our Society I would like to bring you up to date on what has been happening.
First of all welcome to the new members coming from the different countries that are now part of the EHS. Other submitted applications are waiting to be evaluated. I hope you will actively promote the activities of our society and provide a scientific contribution to our meetings.
The Ex-Com, Sci-Com and Website Com of our society have been doing a great job.

The updated website of EHS is active (www.european-hip-society.org) where you can find updated news regarding the Society’s activities, future events and useful links. You can also see and listen to all speeches from the last EHS congress.
Together with other EHS colleagues, this last year I have been visiting many national orthopedic societies for holding lectures and promoting EHS.
At the last EFORT congress in Istanbul we hold an appreciated half day “Advanced Instructional Course in Total Hip Replacement”.
We have a growing cooperation with EFORT in the fields of congresses, courses and education.
