DINST 2014 - The Third International Workshop on Development and Implementation of New Systems and Tools (DINST-2014)

Due to rapid growing of the ICT technologies, a lot of systems and tools are developing for various fields such as education, business, entertainment, administration, and so on. These systems and tools provide more convenient, useful, empowered environment for humans.
The DINST-2014 workshop is an international workshop, which will serve as a forum for exchanging information and ideas on the field of systems and tools developing and implementation. This workshop will be held in conjunction with the 5-rd International Conference on Emerging Intelligent Data and Web Technologies (EIDWT-2014). The EIDWT-2014 will be held together with the 4-th International Conference on Intelligent Networking and Collaborative Systems (INCoS-2014) at the University of Salerno, Salerno, Italy form September 10 to September 12, 2014.
The DINST-2014 international workshop seeks original contributions in all relevant areas, including but not limited to the following topics.
