CALL FOR PAPERS
About the Conference
ICUMT is an IEEE technically co-sponsored annual international conference providing an open forum for researchers, engineers, network planners and service providers in telecommunications targeted on newly emerging systems, standards, services, and applications. ICUMT is positioned as a premier international annual conference for the presentation of original and fundamental research and engineering results. The aim of ICUMT is to bring together Russian and international players in telecommunications, robotics and control. The conference will consist of open call sessions, workshops and industrial panels.
The authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished research results, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art research and development. All discovered cases of scientific ethics violation (such as plagiarism) will be immediately reported to IEEE.
All papers will be reviewed. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings published in IEEE Xplore and indexed in relevant databases (such as EI-index). Papers must be submitted electronically via EDAS in double column IEEE format. The list of authors in the submitted manuscript should correspond to the list of the authors in EDAS. The maximum size of paper should be 8 pages including tables and figures.
ICUMT 2012 will consist of two tracks: Telecommunications Track (ICUMT-T) and Control Systems, Automation and Robotics Track (ICUMT-CS).
