We are pleased to announce the 9th Annual Symposium on Information Assurance (ASIA '14). This event will be jointly held with the 17th Annual New York State Cyber Security Conference (NYSCSC).
ASIA is a two-day event that attracts practitioners, researchers, and vendors providing opportunities for business and intellectual engagement among attendees. ASIA '14 will be held at the Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza Convention Center, Albany, NY 12242 on June 3-4, 2014. Through generous sponsorships, we are able to have free registration for all selected presenters, authors of accepted papers, and members of government organizations. All people who participate in ASIA are able to attend the rest of the NYSCSC sessions that typically cover practical applications of information security.
NYSCSC is organized jointly by the University at Albany, State University of New York (SUNY) School of Business and College of Computing and Information, the NYS Forum, Inc., and the Enterprise Information Security Office of the NYS Office of Information Technology Services. This conference provides crucial knowledge that enables the attendees to stay attuned to cyber security threats and effectively meet the challenges we are facing.
The call for papers for 2014 is up with submission due by February 15, 2014 the extended deadline of March 1, 2014. Again, there is no registration fee for authors of accepted papers. Please send an email to iasymposium-AT-gmail.com if you would like to be put on a listserv to be updated about ASIA events.
Look forward to seeing you this year at ASIA '14!
