The International Journal of Technology and Inclusive Education (IJTIE) is a forum for electronic publication of high-quality scholarly papers. The scope of IJTIE encompasses all aspects of educational technologies and inclusive Education.
The objectives of IJTIE are to provide an opportunity for academicians and professionals from various educational fields with cross-disciplinary interests to bridge the knowledge gap, promote research esteem and the evolution of technologies and inclusive Education. The IJTIE invites research papers that encompass conceptual analysis, design implementation and performance evaluation.
The topics in IJTIE include but are not confined to the following areas:
Assistive technologies in Special Needs Education i.e. services that encompass the educational, physical, cognitive and emotional needs of students with learning disabilities and learning differences.
Using technology to overcome social barriers i.e. issues pertaining to race, ethnicity, tribe, gender, rural-urban disparities and indigenous populations.
Pre-service teachers’ knowledge, skills and dispositions to promote technology proficiency and inclusive practice.
The role of education administrators in technology integration and implementation to build inclusive schools and classrooms.
Reaching parents and communities to develop an awareness of new technologies and their potential applications in inclusive education
Legislative/policy progress toward educational technology development in the emerging field of inclusive education.
