Topics/Call fo Papers
IAPB meetings are the primary forum for members to meet face-to-face and learn about novel research from the scientists themselves. As the largest society of its kind, the meeting typically attracts leaders in their respective fields in the large area of plant biotechnology. The meeting will include an opportunity to publish abstracts from the presented research, oversee the latest equipment from scientific vendors and interact with fellow IAPB members.
In conjunction with the Society for In Vitro Biology (SIVB), the upcoming 2010 IAPB 12th Congress will be held June 6-11 in St. Louis, MO USA. St. Louis is ideally located for a plant and animal biotechnology conference since it is centrally located in the U.S., in the middle of the major agricultural belt-land and has an international airport. It is also the proud home to the nationally renowned Missouri Botanical Gardens and the 2006 Baseball World Series Champion Cardinals.
The Congress website is www.iapb2010.org and is now open. Check it regularly for updates.
