Since 1997, the International Conference on Evaluation and Assessment in Software Engineering (EASE) has been a forum for knowledge sharing about issues related to empirical software engineering and their application in software development practice. In a workshop-like atmosphere, researchers present and discuss the latest results of empirical and evaluation studies covering a wide range of topics in software engineering.

We invite the submission of papers describing original and unpublished results of empirical research in all areas of Software Engineering. We seek submissions of results with strong empirical foundations which are based on evaluating or assessing software engineering processes, products and people. Topics may relate to any aspect of empirical software engineering, and include, but are not limited to:
Experiments and Quasi-experiments
Survey Research

Ethnographic and Observational studies

Replications of empirical studies
Methodological issues and practices
Systematic reviews, mapping studies, and meta-analysis
Paper Submission
We invite submissions in any of the following forms:

-- New ideas and research proposals (maximum 4 pages).
