The opening and closing ceremonies and some distinguished lectures will use the Plenary Hall of the venue. The parallel technical sessions and special workshops will all be held on the second floor, along with poster displays. An extensive exhibition will be located in the main foyer area beside the registration and inquiry desk. State-of-the-art audio visual and information technology is installed in every conference room while an ‘intelligent lectern’ controls the room’s lighting, sound and data projection.
