By submitting an article to InSITE 2014: Informing Science + IT Education Conferences: Australia, the submitter stipulates that the submitter is the author of the manuscript, that it has not accepted for publication and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that the submitter will not submit it for publication elsewhere while the submission is still under consideration by any journal or conference. The Informing Science Institute considers violations of this stipulation as serious professional misconduct and will impose professional sanctions. The ISI will contact the authors' supervisors in cases of serious violations. Submissions that build on earlier work are welcome so long as they contain new or refined ideas and that the earlier works upon which this paper is built are acknowledged and cited.
